Although I have yet to buy one,,,,,,We always rode with a guy that had fashioned one based on the hitch mount model.
It worked great, even on radials. It would adjust to fit any size. I need to get one now,,,,he lives in NC.

Dang, around here it is $5-8. I take mine to a tire shop and have them do it. I have spent too many hours trying to break old three wheeler tires. I won't mess with them.

Ya,
The tire only shops say they wont touch ATV tires. SUCKS. I called around they said that they are too hard BS they just cant be liable with the break the tire. Dealers are NUTS when it comes to prices.. GOD, I need to move.

Ever hear of Harbor Freight? Check out there website. They sell a bunch of cheap taiwan made tools. They have a tire changer that says its specifically made for ATV's. There tools are not the type you would use in a pro shop, but they arent all that bad for occasional use. They also have a bead breaker that is for atv/trailer tires I believe. The local shop here in So Cal wants anywhere from 15-20 per tire as well. Also a set of tire spoons would be a good investment too.
