RAD is the only solution to our ds needs the rest wish they were there !!!! and it's more like 1000 dollars for the rad you can't get the standard it has to be the hd for the ds.

PS: get the 2-fiddy-R hubs and you can run 8" rims and triple buffs

RPM's Site
My bad it seems your right they dont have an Axle for the DS.Id still call them maybe they do cause i dont think they update theyre site very frequently.

I would stay away from Aluminum or Titanium for an axle if you ride hard.Id go Dura Broke before id suggest a Ti or Aluminum. late, zubbeyboy

Rocky Mt. has the durablue Eliminator Axle for $289. Durablue suggested retail is $405. When I recieved the axle I inspected the chrome finish and noticed some pitting in a few places, particularly the bearing race, needless to say I sent it back to Rocky Mt. and they got me a new one in a couple of days. One tip, take off the rainbow durablue sticker and you will have a nice chrome axle. I also orded a durabule aluminum sprocket hub, directly from durablue it was $99.

How I blew my bearing.... I was out in the middle of the dunes and I felt some major chain slap. So I checked it out noticed I could move my axle around on the sprocket side. I had to limp the quad back to camp and the axle was ridding on the bearing carrier. So I wore a major grove in the axle, seized a bearing on the axle, destroyed the bearing carrier. I think the total repair was like $600, the part that failed was $30 bearing (could be due to the locknut lossening up).
