The ones that Alba sells for the ds are actually made by American Star Racing. To set them up you can follow the direction at the Lone Star Racing site. The only thing is when it comes to the Toe adjustment. You want between 1/8" and 1/2" out. http://www.lsracing.com/installguides.php?step=4&igid=5
Sorry I don't have good stock ones for you. Mine are bent to Sh%t. I run the ASR's that alba sells. If I ever have to buy another set. It won't be ASR's though.

I was pretty worried about the open joints on these A-arms. Then I started thinking about all of my buddies who race dirt track cars. That's what all of them run and the ball joints never wear out.
