Default Valve Springs

Would a stock motor (other than pipe/jets) and a vortex CDI experience enough value from the the safety of the aftermarket Dual Valve Springs to out weigh the lost power from additional spring resistance? Or should I not sweat the better springs/tensioner until I'm ready to install cams/carb/piston?

Anybody have experience with power losses on a stock motor using the better valve springs?

Default Valve Springs

i have a bomb with cdi and a pipe had it at the shop and they took it to 9500, and the engine works fine, it's the one my wife rides so i know she revs it that high if she thinks she can win that way. so i would do the springs until you do the piston and cams, that way you only have to take the engine apart once.
