Just kidding guys, anyway i read a post on the honda forum where a dude who owned a raptor for a long time changed to a 400ex and likes the handling and jumping better. Anway im not gettin ride of the DS, no way no how, but i was checking out some 400's on ebay and this one is AWSOME check it out

how do you guys think this thing would ride compared to the DS, i could care less about drag racing, im totally all about going through the whoops the fastest and taking big jumps, Ive got TCS rear shock on my DS and TCS fronts on order so it will have as good as suspension as anyone but i wonder how that 400 would land from jumps, its quite a bit lighter.

That is one BAD A$$ QUAD! I'm sure that the bike is as fast as a DS if not faster. My body has the 417 kit on his and while not fast, it's not slow. The quad on ebay will probably go for about 8 - 9g's. Sad thing is, he'll probably go out and get a raptor with the excess cash.

One thing is for sure. That is one BAD A$$ QUAD!

My brother has an 2001 ex,with a mild 440 kit, and it is a freaking blast to ride. you can fling that little sucker around with ease,and its not to slow either(about like a stock Rappy). If he wanted to go with higher compression,and a BIG carb then I would think it would fly, but he is all about reliability,and PUMP gas! LOL. It s agreat liitle quad for sure.

HE HE HE, That was actually a compliment[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] his 440 kit is mild,and in power it compares to a good running stock Rappy. That pretty good for 900 bucks worth of mods. The torque is alot of fun on his quad.
