Hello,I have a ? how do I convert "example" when somone says 9.5:1 how do I figure that out to pounds??

or like say I have 180 puonds of compresson whats the ratio???

How about a compression guage? Not sure I can help on the 2nd part, but why would you need it? If it's oem, they should be able to tell you, if not, the aftermarket co should be able to supply the info.
