You must be pretty far along...have the chain off? Pull the left wheel hub, remove the brake caliper, loosen the nut and bolt on the adjusting nut (the big pretty aluminum one on the outside of the brake hub and disk), tighten the adjusting nut just enough to expose the keeper ring under the outside edge, remove the ring, unscrew the adjusting nut and remove it from the axel--it'll come off--trust me, get a buddy to help you with the next part...get a chunk of 4x4 and put it against the axels left end and beat the living crap out of it until the brake hub and disk assemble loosens enough to slide off the the left side of the axel, pull the assembly off and slide the axel out to the right...at this point you're pretty much done getting the axel out. As far as getting the sprocket assembly off the right hand side im in the dark but have heard it's a rather testing proceedure.
AngryBajaBoy and me pulled his axel at Dumont a few weeks back and repacked his bearings...we didn't even finish a six-pack of "soda" before we had it done...neither of us had pulled one on the DS before.
