A friend of mine is thinking about getting a 01 DS that has like 2 hours on it. Is this quad a dual overhead cam like the new ones are? Is $4995 a good price for it, with basically no hours on it? The tires still have the nipples on them (yes, I said nipples) Thanks for the input.

 

Iwould say that he should offer $4500 at the most. There were dealers in MN that were offering the DS for $5099 in late '01.
