pipe is leaking and spitting fiberglass between pipe and endcap,I tried to take off endcap to seal it with copper seal but screws are way tight,they start to loosen but tighten up solid again. should i take it in for warrenty or run it that way until warrenty is off and i put aftermarket exhaust on. Has anyone else noticed this one their DS,mine is a 03 baja.

 

My '03 did the same. Why not take it back. That way Bombardier would no there is a problem with that exhaust and might fix it for future models. The worst thing they could say is no. I just cut the stuff that was sticking out and put it aside for an MBRP exhaust.
