Throttle Cable?
#3
on the side that the calbe goes into the carb, there are 3 screws, take those out, and watch out for the o-ring, it might fall out too, if it does dont worry about it, then you can see where the cable connects, what i do is give it full throttle and then hold the thing the cable moves, then release the throttle with out releasing the thing, some of the cable should come out of the running and then you can work the rest of it out, you have to get the wire lined up with the slot so that it will come out, when you put it back together you might use some grease to hold the o-ring in place to help you out
hope this helps
sorry for not knowing the names of stuff but i think you can figure it out

It's very simple to get out so don't worry just make sure that you don't lose the ball at the cable end you will be working with. Putting it back in place is a different story. You will want to put it back on the way you took off but you may want to get somebody to help you keep things in place. While you use pliers to put the ball attached to the cable back in the slot. It will probably take quite a few stabs at it and frustration. Hopes this helped
lilnotts i also pm'ed you to ask you a question.

I just did that the other day when I rejetted for the first time. Getting it apart is a lot easier than putting it back together.
To take it apart, once you have the cover off, you just need a pair of pliers and an 8mm wrench. A small flat screwdriver is also helpful to get the cable out of it's groove.
When reassembling, you either need somebody to help or a small pair of vice grips. Put the throttle in the open position and lightly clamp the vice grips on the housing of the carb to block the throttle from closing. Use the small screwdriver to get the cable fished back through properly, and a small pair of pliers to install the little cylinder that holds the cable.
