Lose Bolts!
What I did was I took that bolt and clip bull$hit off and replaced it with an allen bolt and nut with a built in washer. i got the nut behind the plastic with a long needle nose pliers and held it with that while I tightend it up with an allen wrench. Looks good and no worries about comming loose.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

I just keep an eye on mine. I use hex bolts there, so when one does start coming loose I can tighten it a little by hand so it stays put until I get to a wrench.
Edit: Forgot to mention that the threads in the little clips in the tank cover are starting to get pretty sloppy on mine. I think I may have to come up with something more creative this summer. Those little bolts and my headlight (broke it again this weekend) are the only perpetual problems I have with my DS.
