Default Vortex and sand hill climbs

So, the Vortex has been out a while. Anybody find the "best switch combo" for comp hill? Has anybody seen a positive change with flipping between modes in the sand?

I can definitely see the use for the settings for track tuning. Haven't had time to play in the sand yet.

10-4. Thanks for the response. I keep the rotary on 8 and the thumb in the up position. This gives me solid control of the torque. If you hear of a cable or software package I can use to tweak the curves please post.
