I'm sure that people find my opinion on such things irritating, but I find their lack of foresight just as abrasive. Like I said before, I'm sure that there are plenty of other more relavent discussion forums for such topics. It is something that you discuss with friends and family, not complete strangers that are expecting something at least remotely related to the subject at hand.

I was seriously expecting something to do with an ATV getting eaten by a tornado or something.

 

F tornado's...thats just plain scary...give me a good ole fashioned earthquake anytime...I'm not cut out for wind and weather

It seems to be blowing almost every other day since January. I will tell you what it is. PLANET X! And you have less than 2 weeks to live so you better make light of your life!!! Go to this site:

www.zetatlak.com and read about this crap!! It is really frightening B.S. but with all the weird weather and Earthquakes in cities that have never experienced them before in there history. It is little odd! I just pray that these Fruit cakes are wrong!!

 

We had a tornado here last November. An F-4. Last time we had one that big was in like 1965 I think. It went from thinking the weather warnings were a interuption to taking them seriously now. Scary stuff. It's not the right way to get Fox & CNN to your neighborhood.

I thought you might want to know, That the very next night, OKC was hit by ANOTHER F3/F4 tornado!! This time in the north/cenral suburbs. And if your wondering it was withun a mile of my Brothers house, and YES he has a 400EX,and a 400 Prairie. You see I have "freinds" here on this forum (alot of them), and I have had a chance to ride with many of them, and afterwards we talk about many things, NOT EVERYTHING REVOLVES AROUND QUADS!! And in that time that I have spent with these guy and gals, I realized that we all have alot in common, NOT JUST QUADS.

SO when a topic like this comes up every once and a while in the future, Try to keep in mind that it is about SERIOUS REAL LIFE stuff,and real emotions are at hand, and if you cant respond with some kind of maturity and compassion, please dont reply at all. Thier are pissing matches ALL OVER THIS FORUM about poeple claiming that they are faster, or thier choice of quad is better Than that another Brand, Etc... Take your pick, But why would you want to turn THIS thread into something like that????


You know, some of the worst things in life are Natural disasters, cause you have Absolutely no control , and helplessness is an aweful feeling.

I am sure he didn't mean any harm by that comment. For example, how about all those people that got killed and lost there homes in Turkey last year or in L.A. in the Northridge quake!!! I will bet you a hundred bucks that you were probably saying the same thing!!!!! "Man, do you think God is trying to tell those people something?!" " You think those people would learn there lesson and move somewhere else!?" And don't even try and deny that you have never said anything like that! Because if you do, you are a Liar!!!! EVERYONE! And I don't care what anyone out there has to say! EVERYONE! has made a stupid comment like that to someone in their lifetime! GURANTEED! I have nothing at all against you Bigger and I am glad no one in your family was hurt, but you shouldn't climb a guy's frame like that. Be a little more tactful next time, please. I had a very good friend killed right in front of me when I first moved to L.A. by a gang member because of a mistaken Identity and of course I was pissed but I didn't go around slamming people. These people choose to live in these areas, even though they are fully aware of the risks involved of living in that kind of territory! You play the cards your dealt and you learn to live with it. If your scared, then MOVE!! That simple. Like I said, Bigger I have no beef with you and I hope we can remain friends. It is I don't like getting slammed because it makes me feel bad, and then I want to lash out Big TIME and I know what that kid is feeling right now. So enough said. That is kind of the point I was trying to make. Everyone has problems, everyone has crisis, no one's life is immune to tragedy. I'd rather read the daily pissing matches than hear about some kid that got killed in a car accident. Perhaps, even to some extent, it is a partial denial to the world around me.

So I guess it is only fair that next time we have a huge earthquake I'll post about it. Or I should have come on here when my father was almost killed in an avalanche (which killed a few of my friends). Or that time a friend of mine got buried (and killed) snowmachining in the backcountry. The list goes on and on, as with most people and their life experiences. When I post that type of story, then you can tear me a new one when I do it. You have my permission, my blessing in fact.

Because I'm really sure you don't want to hear about that crap.




But like I said before, I am glad your family is alright. Please move before your brother loses his 400EX or Prairie to a quad eating twister...

I'm not sure how I became the villain here, but when I posted this thread, I would have never thought My character would end up being attacked.

You know I have alot of posts on here, and I can remember several times when something tragic was posted, And never did it turn into something like this.


You boys dont have to worry about me posting something like this in the future again,thats for sure.
