Look at the following pic of my carb. Does this look like an HSR 45 to you guys?? BigDaddy said it looked old style or something.

Just wondering

You should try and get a couple of side shots of the carb.

ya,,
it look like an OLD TM carb... that is the old style.. You can tell by where the cable connects... new styles it connects on the right side..

I think the harley style connects on the left side like you got but the ds usually has the cable on right side, But I belive they are the same

So, the cable is on different sides, but the performance and all that should be the same??

Okay, I went ahead and took some pictures of my carb and of one of my plugs (although you can't see much of the plug). Can you guys tell if I have an accel. pump or not?? I don't know what it looks like...

Also, take a look at my plug pic, you can see the threads are black for about 1.5 cm and the white inner part has a tan/brownish color from about 2mm from the top. Does this seem rich to you guys??

Please take a look Carb and Plug Pics, the pics are small in size.

Looks like my HSR 45 although a bit older. There is a an accel pump but the control rod has been removed
