Default X-200 Wheel Spacers

I am interested in wheel spacers for the VX-200. So far, it seems they are available only for the Falcon 110 and 150. Does anyone know if these are out there and if not would one work from another name brand Quad?

Thanks

If you reverse the front rims it will greatly widen the stance. I do light riding so I used stud extenders for the rear - required replacing the stock studds and some hub machining. There are places out there that will custom machine aluminum wheel spacers to your specifications. I have never had a problem with wheel studd extenders but some have especially if your catching a lot of air. Try Denniskirk.com they may have something off the shelf that measures up. Best of luck.

what about the drum brakes on front? How would you turn rims around? Arent the inside of rims the "brake drums"? wouldent reversing wheels or adding spacers mess with the front brakes?

djs7795, I'm trying to remember, when I assembled my vx-200 out of the crate I think the wheel assembly was already bolted to the front drum. I believe this is what you are thinking of. The front drum is held on to the spindle by the center hub nut. By reversing the rim I mean unbolting the wheel assembly (tire and rim) from the drum (the four lug nuts) and spinning the wheel around (so that the valve stem is facing inward). There is enough clearance for the valve stem. The front rims have about a 1 1/2 inch +/- offset. On the rear tires, the rims are not offset as much so spinning them around does not gain much width. The lugnuts and rims are not beveled so it doesn't make a difference securing the wheel on the atv either way. You will notice a big difference in the handling.

I tried to reverse the tires on my Kazuma mini 90, but it has front disc brakes and the stem would hit the caliper.

I got a set of spacers on e-bay from jetmoto_parts for $69 plus $12 shipping.I had them within 5 days. They are 2" each ,quality alluminum added 4" to the rear from 36" to 40" .They will fit the vx-200 4x110mm rear bolt pattern, they make a big difference.
