New Sunl 90 Won't Start?
#1
I just put my son's new Sunl 90 togehter and it won't start. It turns over fine but doesn't seem like it's getting any fuel?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated....... Today is his birthday and I would really like for hom to be able to ride it.
Thanks

You will probably need to bleed the brake in order for it to work. I did.
I had to adjust the carb in order to get my daughter's started. There are some instructions on that in various posts. - Generally close the mixture screw then open 1 1/2 to 2 turns to get it running. Set idle. You may have to let it idle for about 1/2 hour - I'm told there is a gel pac in the carb that must dissolve. Then can make final adjustments.

I got it started! The fuel filter was on backwards and it wouldn't allow any fuul to pass through. I had to bleed the brakes alot to get them to work but finally got it.
Thanks for your help!
