Our parts dept. has come leaps and bounds since i worked in parts a year ago. We know rec. parts on every container that we get and if it does not have parts on it the owner will refuse the container.
GENTLEMEN.... IF YOU ARE A DEALER AND USING THE NET TO SELL YOUR PRODUCT THEN YOU ARE ARE SELLING THE BUYERS THE RIGHT TO PUBLICLY STATE BY THE SAME VENUE WHETHER OR NOT THEY ENJOYED YOUR PRODUCTS AND YOUR SERVICE.. AND WHY THEY WILL NEVER EVER BE COMING BACK.. SUNL DALLAS AND THE HOARD OF NEVER INTENDED TO PROVIDE SERVICE DROP SHIPPERS SPEAKS FOR ITSELF AND MOSTLY NOT TO THIER CREDIT.... NOW IRV AND SUNL HAS BEEN PUT ON NOTICE... IF YOU SAY IT YOU BETTER BACK IT BECAUSE WE WILL GIVE ANY DEALER A CHANCE TO SHOW HIS MERIT.. BUT YOU WILL NOT HAVE A NICE DAY IF YOUR INTENT IS DECEPTION AND JUST PLAIN UNCONTROLLED GREED..... IF YOU DONT BELIEVE IT ASK IRV AT SUNL DALLAS WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME HE HAD A NICE DAY..... THE NEXT SOUND YOU HEAR IS THE SOUND OF LIGHTNING..... DO HONORABLE BUSINESS BOYS.... IRV WILL TELL WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DONT...... BE ADVISED THERE ARE OTHERS ALSO WATCHING .. AND THE LITTLE TOY YOU DROP SHIP TOMORROW MAY BELONG TO THE GRAND DAUGHTER OF THE MAN SIGNING YOUR IMPORT AND BUSINESS LICENSE NEXT WEEK. ..........I KNOW THIS .. HE BROUGHT IT IN TO GET ME TO FIX IT AFTER SUNL DALLAS TOLD HIM TO GET SCREWED......HE WAS NOT AMUSED OR LAFFING..... ARE YOU.......
Sunl has NEVER provided service and parts for the products they sell. Shop elsewhere folks.

True.....the SUNL dealer near me on Interstate 30 went out of business a few weeks ago. People are coming by here wanting parts/service, well they came by even when that store was open, cause they NEVER HAD PARTS. We call it the SUNL RUNAROUND. People go to a SUNL dealer looking for parts, the dealer tells the victim to contact SUNL.COM, SUNL tells em to contact the dealer....etc etc....
SUNL never has parts, never provides service, never answers the phone or emails and NEVER will. Once they get your money, they don't want to talk to you. In my opinion, they are a low rent scumbag company selling cheap defective Chinese JUNK with absolutely no after the sale parts or support. Did I miss anything? I don't think so.

you'd better belive i'd never buy or recommend a sunl atv or buggy, the sunl group sucks and they know it and could care less, i know a person that use to work at the sunl group and quit, he said it nornal for the chainese to add a % of spare parts in the containers before shipment, but the owner of the sunl group takes a discount rather than buying these spares, he also told this exemployee don't worry about it their's a sucker born everyday. this person has his own forum called buggy news

Tell ya a little incident that happened to me this week (by the way, I am an ATV dealer that sells Jackel).....had a man pull into my parking lot with a trailer loaded with 5 SUNL 90cc ATV's. He bough em for kids at a summer camp. Well he says all 5 of them broke in the first hour. The bearings in the rear end went out, axles started wobbing and the chains fell off on every one of them. Well he didn't say where he bought em, but did say that he couldn't get anything done with the warranty or parts, that we was not getting ANY help from the vendor at all. HE WAS VERY TICKED OFF, and on his way to take all 5 of them back to SUNL's warehouse in Dallas. Wished I coulda been there to see the fireworks.
