tony, sunl sales manger, i'll tell you what you need to focus on is customer service and parts for the quads and buggies you import. your customer service is one of the worst i ever dealt with, they don't answer e-mail , don't answer the phone and when they do answer the phone ,guess what ? parts are always on back order, this is a hugh problem for the sunl buggies. i hear rumors the ower doesn't want to tie up money on spare parts, these a decent enought atv's but need parts support, kazuma one of the best for this, they not only have the parts but also offers technical support.

bill2099, Our parts dept. has come leaps and bounds since i worked in parts a year ago. We know rec. parts on every container that we get and if it does not have parts on it the owner will refuse the container. We have allot of parts in stock now im just short staffed back in parts. Im in the process of hiring 5 more people for my parts dept so that they can help out with all the phone calls. If you have any problems with getting anything from them you can contact me and i will do anything i can to help you or anyone eles with there needs. Im trying to change the way people think about SunL.

you lied, you still don't answer your e-mails, sunl group is still rude on the phone will not help out unless you're a sunl dealer, will not even give infornation on the closest sunl dealer. SUNL GROUP STILL SUCKS AS FAS AS CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU CAN'T CHANGE WHAT YOU DON'T ACKNOWLEDGE. I WOULD NOT BUY ANOTHER SUNL PRODUCT OR EVEN RECOMMED ONE TO ANYONE PERIOD.
