Default Broken flag mount

ACK!!!

The flag mount on the Kazuma 110 is really cheesy, our's is bent and about to break off. They could have used something thicker than 1/32 inch steel... <grrrr>

Since the grab bar is welded to the frame what to do?

Has anyone seen flag mounts that bolt/clamp onto a frame?

thank you

I've seen them on ebay, I think raceway sells them too. Can you drill a hole in the grab bar and mount your flag in that somehow?

OK thanks I'll look on ebay and raceway.

The grab bar is thinner than a marker, just not thick enough to drill into.

Have to rig up something that will clamp on the bar I guess.

Or mounts to the frame somehow.

I wish the grab bar could be taken off and replaced with aftermarket.

Ask all your friends if they know anyone with a welder .If you can't find anyone talk to any business that welds. If you do the prep - cut off the old one get a small piece of steel you might get them to zap it on for free or very little charge. drill the hole after it's welded. Its worth a shot, and would be alot cheaper.
