i'm getting a kazuma falcon110 deluxe for my boy. it will be here two weeks before christmas. i know i need to tighten bolts and finish the asembly, but how much of the atv will i take apart before i can get to those hard to reach bolts?are the valves and the carbuerator preset from the factory or will i have to disassemble them as well?finally and maybe most important, what is the torque requirements on all the bolts.i wil take it apart and put it back together if needed but so close to christmas i would like a heads up.thanx

If you ordered from Raceway and did not know much about quads you can pay raceway to set them up for you . You should get some locktite so you can puth it on all the major bolts. As for torque specs, there is not any. You just have to tighten by feel and the locktite makes it easier so they will not come loose if you do not tighten them enough. The Kazuma falcon is a pretty tough quad. Finish assemble, change the oil, tighten and locktite bolts, lower the air in the tires, charge the battery, loosen the chain, put gas in and start. Then you will need to make carb adjustments but thats pretty easy. Nothing you have to do to the valves.

thanx for the info. i'm not worried about turning a wrench, but having said that, this is my first quad.most important i want my son to enjoy it on christmas. i'm sure every dad out there knows of one time or another when they had to spend part of the holliday putting something together or pretending they knew exactly what they were doing. but it looks like youve given me a basic guideline and i hear customer service is a+ at raceway.any more hints or tips sure would be appreciated.thanks again....
