Hi whodatbe, of course I remember you. How you been? Let me try and cover all your questions. I have gotten a real job since a year ago and dont have near the time to post. First thing is if you have not broken your 200 i guarantee you can ride the 250 in the same section going twicwe as fast and you will not have any problems. I have never tried it because my wife really likes her 200. But if I rode it as hard as I did the 250 I could destroy it in short order. I was hammering the 250 when it broke not just riding it hard.

If you were reading my posts about a year ago i said something like the '06 Jetmoto 200 is light years aheasd of my '04 Yamoto. Well the '07 250 is approx. 2 light years ahead of the '06 200. Its hard to really compare the 2. They only share the engine cases and plastic. Darn near eveything else is new and the way the quad is built is all new also. The '06's had about 4" or so of wheel travel and some damping in the shocks. The '07 250 has over twice as much travel and great damping control. I guarantee you can go thru the same section on a 250 twice as fast as you could on your 200. The jets make a big differencve in the way the machine runs and it also starts easier. I set the fuel screw at 1 3/4 turns out.

Im not sure about the 15 tooth sprocket but i would think they would give one to anyone who asks for it. If not they should! My guess would be that the 250 makes about 25% more power than the 200.

My 250 is still in pieces and I am making some aluminum linkage pieces while its apart. I got sort of side tracked on the sport quad while Im trying to get my CNC mill running.

If i missed anything let me know and Ill answer those questions later.
MWQ, Thanks! All of this info really helps. I'll have to think up some more questions, but I think I want to get one of these new 250s, unfortunately I think I need to sell my '06 Jetmoto 200 first -

They had sent my 4 quads out to be delivered today but were not on a liftgate truck so the driver called me before the delivery and said they would deliver it tomorrow. I guess the quads are staked and bound together in twos so I asked if they could separate them so I don't have to lift a 400lb crate off of another. We will see how it goes tomorrow, Looking forward to putting these together!

Today they delivered my 4 quads (2 250's and 2 150's). I work night shift and they woke me at 11:30am to deliver them so I did not get much sleep today but still managed to assemble one of the 150's. If the 250 is as nice as the 150 I put together then I will be very happy, I was big time impressed with the build quality of the 150 in every way.
I only had time to open the top of the box to the Blue 250 and look in quickly and I believe the rear tires are not the ones shown currently on the Raceway or the Jetmoto site. They are these with a definite H tread http://myjetmotos.8k.com/cgi-bin/i/images/blue250.jpg

not the tires on Jetmotos site that look more like an X. When pics started showing up of the 07 250s these were my favorite tread so I pretty happy at first glance.
I will hopefully tear into a 250 tomorrow still have three quads waiting to be assembled, can't wait!

I just finished up with the assembly of my first (Blue) 250. And once again I am quite impressed with this quad. I thought the 150 was built nice and it is but this 250 is really sweet. The assembly went smooth with again no missing parts. The only part on this quad as well as the 150 that I have thought looks cheap and not up to par is the Fuel Valve. And on this Quad the valve leaks quite bad if it's in a wide open position. It stops leaking if you close it off a bit and It seems to give enough fuel to run fine in a 1/2 way closed position so it will get me by for now. The ride is quite a bit different then the 150, just over all better. Power wise I think the motor is capable of really delivering but I must have a 17 tooth front gear because it is geared too high. The motor runs great, could not as for a better runner.
Got to run, I still have two more quads to put together.

Now they are all together, we love them all. The 250s run great with the only adjustments needed was Idle and Clutch. The blue 150 has better power then the red 150 and the red 150 seems to have a carb problem. Every once in a while it flows gas out of the lower carb tube, I think it's a float problem. I will dig into it when I get a chance.
The pics are up now. I have other pics if you want PM me your email address and I can send them out!!

Nice bunch of quads! I am expecting a 250 sport next week. Did you snap any pics of the 250? Did it come about like the 150 you have pics of? Anything special I should look out for as far as assembly?

Appreciate any info you can provide!

Ya know all the lose bolts horror stories you read on here about the Chinese quads upon assembly. I expected the same thing with these Jetmotos but in all the 4 quads the only lose bolts that the manufacture put on and failed to tighten was the tail light lens and it was the same on all 4. There was no other lose bolts or nuts on the quads at all. The assembly is pretty strait forward and there is not assembly manual but it's not hard to figure out. The only missing part was one cotter pin for the front tie rod on the last (red) 250 I put together.
Changes I would make to the 07 Jetmotos:

There is a round Jetmoto logo sticky thing on the Indicator panel that is stuck on with a sticky adhesive that will not stay in place. I have lost one already. Glue these at set up or you will lose them eventually.
The Fuel valve is a bit on the cheap side (the only part on the quad that does look of a cheap quality).
15 tooth front gear on the 250 (but Jetmoto already knows this).

Next weekend we hope to take them out and really ride them, until now we have only ridden them on the streets and starting to wear out my front lawn. I have rode several other Chinese 150s but none has come close in power and performance as the Blue 150 I have. I hope I can get the Red one up to speed I think I need to spend some time with the Carb.
The 250's run strong and they both run the same in performance wise. We just received the Helmets we also bought from Raceways and they look great with the quads.

Today I preformed a front end alinement on all 4 or my Jetmotos, they all were out enough it was noticeable to the eye. They seem to steer easier now. Also the foot brake light switch spring on the 250 is routed poorly and the light was sticking on so I rerouted the small brake spring out of the larger brake spring and now it seems much better.
The 250's are still running great, I hoped to have my 15 tooth gear installed by now but it has not arrived from Raceways yet.
