I'd like to buy from Raceway, but there is no "qualified" shop to assemble it.

What is the specific License that you require? A business license? Any one can get that!
Heck, even auto mechanics are not licensed. In the State of Illinois, only Real Estate agents, Plumbers and Hair stylists are required to be licensed individually.
I'd like to know where we can obtain this specific License you speak of.
Don't get me wrong, based on 100's of recomendations, Raceway is the only way to go.

I am not sure what goes on from state to state but I know in N.Y to have an ATV/motorcycle/auto shop the business must have a license and mechanics must also be certified. To keep this thread short I think what it comes down to is no matter what you are doing??? Putting a boiler in the house.... Plumping.... running a gas pipe... assembling an ATV/motorcycle someone should be doing this that has experience and they should know what they are doing. I would think without even posting this kind of information this should all be common sense.

UMM most auto technicians are ASE certified unless you are at a mom and pop shop. I went to school and spent thousands of dollars to be certified. I am a certified master with Toyota so in a sence it is a license.

Thanks for your response. I understand your concern simply because you don't want anyone to get injured. I also know almost everyone is sue crazy nowadays too. I NEVER would hold anyone responsible for MY actions.
Again, thanks for the explanation. You will be receiving an order from me in the near future.

Most importantly we ask this for safety reasons. We would not want someone that is not qualified and licensed to assemble a motorized product. We would hope recommend and think that consumers get there products assembled by a professional for there own safety. Our warranty of parts have nothing to do with our safety concerns.
