Those are wheel hub bolt extenders. They are total crap! Do not buy them because they WILL break!!!!
They screw onto the bolts where you normally put your wheels, then you put your wheels on them and they hold the wheel 2.5" out from the quad. If you are going to do wheel spacers, get real ones (like from raceway) because ebay has a lot of scams going on right now for things such as these. They will bend/break and you will trash you ride.

I have had good experience with that eBay seller you list (AJ). I guess they could break if you are planning on putting them on an adult size ATV and doing lots of jumping. My goal was to put it on mini sized frame Kid ATV.

Use the spacers that are a full block that uses your factory studs and nuts to hold it on and then the spacer has its own stud in them. Dont use them if you do any kind jumping. And no matter what dont use them on the front they will change your steering geometry and make it unstable at speed

they're made from harden steel, you shouldn't have a problem with them, good price too

Its not the extender you have a problem with. Its your factory studs. When your wheel is against the hub all the pressure is on the hub being distributed across the whole hub. With extenders the pressure is all on the part of the studs that go through the hub. surface area of hub vs. surface area of 1/4in of 4 studs

It's not just that Fulltiltrider, but you are on the right track. It's like a lever. If you put a 10' pole under a large rock, it takes more force to move it than if you used a 20' pole. On a tiny quad, you probably won't have a problem. On a 350lb quad with a 150-250 lb rider, those things are either going to break, or break the stock wheel studs. Don't use them! the solid offerings like jetmoto and many others have are much better, although you don't need it! You will have the same effect if you just relocate or change your valve stem and turn your wheels backwards. It's really not hard if you have some adults around to help, but I don't recommend it on the Jetmoto given the extra stress on the already weak balljoints.

Same point, just worded different.Turning your wheels around only works on the front(the rear wheels are already on the wider offset),but once again turning your front wheels around will work just like a spacer. It WILL change your steering geometry making the machine unstable trying to turn at speed. Not to mention it will leave your calipers unprotected from rocks.
