grinding cluch????

Default grinding cluch????

hi, when i go from nutral 2 1st sometimes the cluch/gears sound like there grinding is this because maby im holding the cluch in to long or is it messed up... cuse it only does it when i seem to hold it in long.

sounds like you need to adjust your clutch. If your in Neutral and you shift into 1st and the quad feels as if it wants to move then your clutch is not engaging enough.

do you mean disengagedor or i just have it backwards??? and how do you ajust it???

When you have the clutch lever pulled in and in first gear when you let out the clutch how soon does the quad want to roll. It should be when your clutch is approximately half way from the handle grip to all the way out. If it's right when you start to release it then you need to adjust it so it releases a bit later. if it's right to the end you may find the clutch will slip when you gun it in first gear.
You can adjust the clutch at the two nuts where the cable is held to the motor, adjust one way and it will change it at the lever so play with it til its right where it needs to be.
