Sounds like you have the setup man!

I have some great places to ride also, but when it doesn't rain (rains almost everyday in the summer) the roads turn to silt. It bogs down the engine pretty bad. When I get my rear sprocket it should be easy. I can't decide on 48 or 50 teeth. I'll bet that, with the snorkle, I can use a 48 tooth and be great, but I'm worried I'm going to have to get a new needle. It wants to run rich at 25% throttle with the 128 in, but it looks to be right on the top. Wow, from a 107.5 to a 128 with $12 worth of ABS and a $13 radiator hose. I'll bet it makes a ton of peak power now, but I'm worried about valves. I'm going to take it to the ATV guru and let him tune the carb and adjust the valves. I don't need it until I get the new sprocket anyway. It's way too hard on the clutch ATM. The 25" tires were a bad choise. I should have stuck with 22-23", or 24x7x12s all around. =)

It looks pretty crazy with these big *** tires on the back though! =)

Lean will burn a piston
Running rich will foul spark plugs
Spark plugs are cheaper

I got a heiku! =)

Anyway, when you get the new jets, please let me know what the stock and replacement sizes are. They have a number printed on them, but they can be hard to read sometimes. I'm wondering if I need a bigger pilot jet with the snorkle, but I keep forgetting to check mine. I'm going to use the next 2 weeks, while I'm waiting on a sprocket, to take all the body panels off and secure/insulate all the wiring. My fuse keeps coming unpluged, and I want to get it waterproof. I guess this is a good of a time as any to run all my vent cables and replace the rubber hoses. I was also thinking about going ahead and getting the spacers cut so I can use these tapered bearings.

Yeah, no worries. I need the numbers off the new ones more than the stock anyway. =)

I've taken my carb apart 8-9 times today, and every time it was a pain, so I know what you mean.

Thanks big time!
