little pad on shocks???

on my new shocks the pad was in the center and now there on the bottem is this where all urs are???

little pad on shocks???

Are you talking about the little blue bumper that is on the shaft of the shock? It is only there to keep it from bottoming out, and will move itself around when you compress the shock.
