Replace Kazuma engine with Honda Engine

Replace Kazuma engine with Honda Engine
I have a Falcon 110, motor runs but it makes a grinding noise after the engine warms up. I'm sure it's a broken ring or possibly in the crankshaft. Does anybody know where I could possibly get a Honda brand engine?? Or any other remedies??
