I was shocked they answered the phone, it was almost closing time for them.

They do not have any in stock. Time frame given to me by the woman that answered the phone was "sometime soon".

i almost wonder how many falcon 250s are out there,no one has any in stock..you dont see many problems or many people that have them, the only one i seen that could not get the falcon 250 going and sold it was seadawg. the falcon 250 might just be a decent china quad?

I test rode a Falcon 250 Auto and thought is was simply gutless! After riding my Jetmoto 150 i think the 150 felt more responsive but probably would not do the 40ish mph that a 250 auto would do! Stick to a Maunual 250, we have found the manuals to be much funner for a sport quad anyhow!

gutless yours had a problem. mine almost pulles the front tires off the ground. I think after I change the carb to a roundslide it will. revs very slow do to carb needing vacume to open up.the carb is made for gas millage and californa emmisions not for power. so after I get the carb and change the rollers in the clutch I will post a video. I know I might be starting something here but a auto tranny will always beet a manual in the same horsepower range.

If it's gutless, then it must be the same model the Can am is using for the ds250.

Got one for the wife, and was totally disappointed with it. Even she wants me to fix her old Trail Blazer.

Well, I like the looks of the ds. Even trying to buy the parts to pep it up a bit seem fruitless. Can am offers nothing but nerf bars. They look like the old folding aluminum lawn chairs, and they want 269 bucks for them. They offer no clutch kits, or pipes.

Maybe I just got the bad one of the bunch, but just to show the lack of power it has, loading it into our truck (Titan) takes about half throttle just to get it going up the ramp. Out on the trails, it climbs hills ok, but you better have a run at it.

I will give it this, it has been dependable. Never broke down, once it's warmed up, the motor runs fine. Just weak.

Just me, but I wouldn't by one if I were you.

maybe in drag racing...but definitely not with small HP engines.

Unless both rider's have zero talent.

so you think you can shift faster than a cvt tranny. doesent matter drag race or trail riding cvt is always faster. ever hit a good sized hill thought you had it in the right gear and had to shift half way up. well while you are down shifting I will go by you. you have to let off the gas to down or up shift. I just hit the gas. let the clutches do the work. you put a cvt on a banshee run it agenst a air shiffted banshee and the cvt will beet it every time. I used to have a 99 polaris scrambler with a built motor from ritter racing and could take a banshee, rapter. banshee I would take untill he hit 5th gear and he would walk away from me but out of the hole to 55 mph and the race was over allready. a 300 feet race. trails I killed him every time becouse he was letting off the gas and shifting while I had the gas planted all the time.
