Vbike 250 v4s

Wow! 67mph on a Vbike, dang man your brave. I am still getting used to the feel of a quad, I rode a dirtbike all my life. Just zipping up my street at full throttle seems more than fast enough to me. Must be the age factor, the older you get the less chances I am willing to take. I'm knocking on fourties door this year.

i have seen this the problem i see is this.....
once the bolt has its hole drilled through to recieve the pin thats the problem, they are drilling the hole to high...for example if you took one of these bolts out and stood it on its head then screwed the nut down to locate the pin, the hole is actually above the nut so the nut can spin before it comes into contact with the pin....just a case of bad engineering and testing, found this out the other day when i notices my steering upright shaft was loose.this was ment to have a pin,and was ment to stop it from spinning but once the nut was tightened down the pin comes through about 3mm higher than the top of the nut.....
answer???
tighten bolt down to ATAH (as tight as hell)

So it appears that Zongshen or Lifan can be the manufacturer of these 171FMM engines, well at least the 229cc spec is the same with either engine. Thanks ssgt tanner for the info, check my post on the "171FMM who makes it" as I posted some specs for our engines......................Slydog
