Vbike 250 v4s

Your VBike will do fine on those inclines, however, be careful, she will flip. I did it two weekends ago and just got all new plastics and an aftermarket handlebar to replace the stock one that did not survive the tumble. Broke a finger, which I just got out of a splint so I am clear for our next riding trip, which starts Friday morning in Wisconsin. I will take pictures and post for everyone. My kids who were with me found it very amusing though. They found reverse on their quads pretty quick to get out of the way, I was quite impressed.
Gas in suburban Chicago, as of 6:30pm cst tonight is at $3.78 a gallon for regular unleaded.....pushing just shy of $4 for the premium stuff.

twoboytoys, i did the same thing. i was doing about 20-30mph in the snow and i turned and i guess the snow or something jerked it so it turned real sharp. vbike rolled about 3-4 times and i flew about 10 feet literally. my handle bars didnt make it (left side of handle bars were bent almost to 90 degree angle lol) and i cracked all of the plastic. all it did to me was bruised arms, bruised neck, back sore for about a week. tried to call tim about ordering plastic but he would never ship them out so i just fiberglassed it, shaved it down and then painted it. looks good. and about a week later my friend was driving a little 90cc dinli t-rex. hit a snow ramp at about 25-35mph top speed. flew about 20 feet and the atv went front first into the ground. broke the tie rod, spindle, front fender peice, headlight peice, the foot rest some how broke the rear tail light mount off too.
but both of those wrecks were funny but a little painful haha.

$3.36 per gallon in Thornton Colorado. I was complaining about it yesterday but you guys are making me feel better already with the higher prices out east. I sure its gona trickle my way though.
I have been riding dirtbikes all my life, I guess I will be extra careful in the mountains with my Vbike until I get used to a four wheeler. There is plenty of steep inclines in the mountains here

all the advise i can offer is.."ride within your own skill ability" dont go charging up a path if your friend does it,etc etc etc,you know all the examples
and if out alone not take any risks....not really worth it....7 mile with a broken collar isnt fun on your own.

Thanks split, I always ride with people. I am pretty good on a dirt bike, but I will take my time getting the feel of the Vbike. My wife is new to riding so we are going to take some easy trails. Maybe we will go out to a flat track near us and practice getting the feel first before we head to the mountains.
