I just got down stapping the quads down on the trailer and we are heading out in about 30 minutes, we will have to be back tomorrow afternoon, but that gives us this afternoon, evening and all morning tomorrow to ride before we have to load up and head back home. We are heading to my buddy's farm in MO., which is about 4.5 hours away. I know, a long drive for overnight, but the boys are itching and we really don't have anything else going on so what the hell. They just got some fresh rain yesterday, so he said the mud is good and the creeks are a little swollen....

dam this weather, i got to the track at 1pm and it was throwing it down,45 mins later it stopped and i thought hhmmmm i'll chance my luck,got dressed up and warmed up the engine and yep the heavens came again and its been showers off and on all afternnoon till now mother nature just stepped it up a level

That figures, the forcasters said only 30% chance of rain. They can be 70% inaccurate and still get paid.

I'd loose my job for sure. In Colorado if the forcasters call for a dusting of snow get ready for a blizzard, lol.

I found a great looking track for the ATVs yesterday. A buddy of mine told me about it so I decided to try and find it. It's about 8 miles from my house! I've been here in Colorado for 18 years now and never heard of it [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img] The track is on all kinds of rolling hills in the plains of Colorado, looks like a blast. I will be loading up for next weekend.

 

whats it called.....done any internet searches about it? perhaps theres a youtube video about it

 

I don't know if it has a name or not. It's just out in the middle of nowhere. There is however a no tresspassing sign for a dirt road to the right of the track but dosn't look like the sign is meant for the track. I will dig a little further to find out more info about it.
