we just got the cdi box put in it raps out faster i took it down the street it accelerates alot faster then stock it took some time to reprogram the cdi box
you got to be careful not to set the red line to high you mite throw a rod or spin a baering my friend used a tuner computer and reset my cdi box you can buy the
tuner on ebay he gave $265 for it the guy at DNR RACING told me i mite have to
change the cluch to a berter one he liked the mods we did to it i havs $1400 IVESTED and very happy with it i hope this helps you with your mods

 

cool,sounds like your vbike will be the quickest bike in town lol,seriously though keep us informed on anything you come across and dont forget that video....btw guys i fixed the rear brake so if anyone else has the problem follow colorado's tips on the extra part of bleeding also i went around the bike doing a "tightening" session as i have riden my bike hard and alot(think i might break a few things on this lol....seat is already damaged)and found a few things......

1. the headlight leaks on mine....1/2" deep in mud inside it at the front tip of it.
2.there is a pocket behind the light cluster that stores all the wiring and is open without the light fitted when delivered...mine was full of water when i removed the light that covers it.

Fixes
1.caulked the rear of the light cluster...closer inspection reveiled loads of gaps to let in water....dont want blown bulbs or electrics.
2.drilled two SMALL draining holes in the very lowest point(TIP: might pay to find a rubber blank....in england that are called blanking gromets...sry dont know the name here and place it in the hole the wiring comes through to try to keep as much water out as possible as at the moment there is a hole about 4 inches wide)

 

We road to day and my gas tanke broke whare the bolt to the frame vibration broke it off that sucked !!

 

That does stink. I have been thinking about installing rubber blocks on the gas tank to prevent vibration on the tank.

 

right guys i dont know if anyone else has noticed a little plate on the rear swing arm....mine says,this vehicle is fitted with a engine with displacement of 197cc.....wtf...this bike is badged up and being sold as a 250cc,can u please check your bikes.....pretty sure colorados is gonna say the same...well that 08 you just built[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

My plate reads 229cc mine is a 08?

 

I just checked my new bike the plate reads the some as my other bike 229cc

ok its on there and i have just recieved a garbled email back from vbike in china....they are saying that they use the same frame for the 200 and 250 but there is no way i have a 197cc engine....then why the f**k to i have this plate.....tim is getting a call monday morning
