JetMoto 110cc Issues.
#1
I bought a pink one(the one without reverse) for my five year old little girl earlier this month. The battery is already not holding a charge, but that is not a big issue for me. The things I am most worried about are the suspension. It is way to stiff. I need to make it softer.
Now on to the last andd most worrysome issue. The rear disc brake is acting up. Yesterday it locked up while she was riding it. I ended up pulling it back in so as not to put any more strain on the engine. Any pointers on things I can try to fix this. It has almost 0 play in the brake lever. As soon as you start pushing down on the brake lever the brake is fully compressed. I looked at the rod connecting the brake lever to the piston in the hydraulic comprssion cylinder, and it moved a matter of a mm's before it just stops moving. I am thinking that might need to be adujusted. It looks like it has so little play that it is actually putting pressure on the caliper while the brake lever is not being deperesed. Anything you guys can think of I am more than willing to try.
