I found the problem to my 110cc, there was a loose connection coming from the stator, and I guess from sitting there was rust where I guess there magnets pass each other to make electricity so I used a little sand paper to clean it up, I also had a clog in the carb from a dirty gas tank, this bike sat for a while before I got it, the fuel shut off valve was clogged also, a little carb cleaner worked well.
