You would need to go to a motorcycle store to get a NGK...Autolite is just as good, I use them in all my 2 strokes. The trouble with some Chinese spark plugs(I ran my Jetmoto 250 on its stock plug for over a year) is they, like almost everything on the quad. Only look the part...

That's probably the most accurate way I've herd yet to describe what I keep reading about these Chinese quads but I must say my son is having a blast with it.

I bought myself a new 08 Kawasaki Prairie 360 this past Friday. While waiting for the paper work to be done I looked at some of the 90s they had on the floor and you could see the difference in quality without even looking hard. They were also 3 times what I paid for the Tao Tao.

if they are cast aluminum you may wanna check the plastic oring holder that is in between the carb and intake.

I took a look at that when I had the carb off to reset the float. No crack and no O-ring between it and the intake. I took some gasket meterial and made a gasket to seal it.

The problem seems to be solved for now. Changing from the imitation (Chinese) spark plug to a real spark plug (Autolite) seemed to do the trick.

Thanks for the input though the more information I get on how these thing act the easier it will be for me to fix the next thing to brake.
