Rubber Isolation Mounts

Rubber parts:
Yes the washers didn't stand up, I was refering to them little rubber holders for relays and what not. So far they are intact.... for how long I don't know.
As for your inner tie rods. One day I just went ahead and spot welded them on! No more issues so far and that was last spring. The kids put quite a few miles on it this summer. Its just the inner ones that give grief I've found. I thought of machining up something pretty ... but this works too. I didn't put a lot of weld on incase I need to replace them one day.

The degree of decomposition of the rubber and plastic parts is greatly affected by UV. If the quad is stored outside, even under a typical tarp, it will suffer much more than if stored in a garage or barn. I know outofline had noticable fading of plastic parts on his JM quads and he had them under a tarp but it did not stop the fading. My have been always stored in the garage and the plastic still looks like new except for the self inflicted abrasions and cracks.

@Sawyer I have to take back nasty comments about low quality control on the chinese atvs. The Jetmoto 150 should be held up as a gleaming example of how great their quality control is.
Seems like you and I have exactly the same ATV, not same model, same unit. Every problem you have are exactly the same as the ones I have had to fix as well. Now that takes a lot of QA to ensure all quads coming out of the factory can have the exact same failures!
Although we are two years down the path, I wonder if it would still be useful for others who have the same quad to have a list of specific things that have gone wrong and ensure to be on the lookout and go after those things first.

I would have also spot welded them inner tie rods on right from the get go. Other than that (I'm sure I'm missing something) really the rest is wear and tear type things. I already knew about the loctite thing on ATV's.
I don't mind tinkering on stuff... to a point. Providing after you fix it, its good.
When it comes down to time spent fixing the JET its minor. I have spent ... I don't know say tons more "time" on these darn message boards helping others and finding info for them and so forth lol!!!
Hey I even bought a new O ring chain for it!
