The connector for that is identical. But do these things have 2 voltage regulators? There is already one on front emd of wiring harness under handlebar area right side

 

If you look at the harness drawing, there is no 4 pin connector on the battery side of the harness. Try and post a pic of where that connector buries itself in the harness.

 

Also, that quad is based off the Suzuki LT 80. What are the colors of the 4 wires going to that plug? This might be for the starter relay.

Look at this diagram. If your missing a starter relay, this probably it.

I would agree. The engine and design was based from lt80. So parts wouldn't be that hard to come by. Keep us update.

 

It runs!!!! Starter relay was the missing part. Now i believe all i have left is to replace fuel lines i found that they all leak. And the tank has a hole im going to attempt to patch and it will be ready for the kids to ride. Again thanks for the help!!!!
