Something tells me you are not doing the measurements right. You must have ONLY ONE number - by measuring between the white and yellow. NO GROUND wires involved!!!!!!!!!! And the yellow and white wires MUST COME from the SAME COIL, WITHOUT being connected to any other part ie IN THE AIR!!!!!!!!!!

maybe bro maybe im not measuring right im learning look i put the meter in V ac 200 . then i connect the black thingi from the meter in the ground and then i put the red one in the yellow/ white wire from the magneto then i crank the engine and thas the reading , what you think ? wrong ? thanks for your time so much helping brother

Very wrong!
The right way is the "black thing" on the white and the red on the yellow!!!
REMEMBER the wires must not be connected to ANYTHING ELSE on the bike.

There is no need for you to rush. First understand what I write then act. The thing is that I have several times explained to you exactly what to do including posting some links on the subject but you rush to do somethings you don't have experience on. Rushing may result in damaging other parts. If you are not sure about anything it's better to ask first for clarification.

ok i did that black in the white and red in the yellow and is givin me reading 4.8 thas testing the old magneto with the new magneto give me 0.4 V ac

Something is not right. That voltage is too low.
Baffling!! How strong are the magnets on your flywheel? How many magnets does it have?
