Chinese 110cc Honda E22 Clone w/ Electric Top Start

Tried bypassing the magneto at first off the atv battery.
Used a motorcycle 8v-12v battery slow charge to it..

All I get is a humming noise. Took off casing side from starter > magneto and it moves smoothly. Just no turn and a humming noise when direct pwr put to it.

Repairable starter or....??? Is a new one in session or........

 

As long as you have the correct voltage going to the starter and proper grounding and everything looks clean and is free from binding, and the starter will not turn. The starter is toast. It will more likely be cheaper to just replace the sterter than to purchase the parts.
