Default Electrical Power issue

I have a Trailrover 250cc Quad ATV I turn the switch on I have no electrical power, no lights, no gear indicator, no power to push button starter. I changed the battery fuse, I tried new ignition switch, bypass fuse to straight wire no power. Help atv practically still new less than 25 hours

Have you changed or charged the battery?

Yes I changed my battery, straight wired from the fuse, replaced my ignition. Battery measured 12.98 volts

Have you checked the other side of the battery circuit, the negative side? A bad earth will prevent power getting through. If earths are OK, start tracing the main positive, is power getting to the ignition switch, if yes, is it getting from the switch to light switch for example? A test light is best for this, as you can get volts showing on a meter when power isn't getting through.
