I have replaced the stator, starter, coil, cdi, all safety switches, new gas, new filter, new gas lines, new carb...have spark when grounded to metal. It has 125psi. Also adjusted valves on TDC on compression stroke. It will crank and crank but never fire, not even with starting fluid. What else should I look for?

 

Only thing left is ignition timing. Check that the piston is at TDC when the mark on the flywheel says it is. If it isn't, the flywheel key has sheared. I have known engines not to fire on starting fluid if the carb mixture is well out, better to clean the old carb than fit a new one, if you can, as you don't know how the new one is set up.
