Baja 90 CC, starts then dies
Here is the fix. The quad took a long time to start. Then it might run for a few seconds, minutes and it might not. I cleaned the carb. It ran a bit better but I had to leave the choke on even though it was warm. Cleaned the carb again although I didn't think it needed it. Where the needle seats in its little hole I blew it out with compressed air. I heard something come out. Then I blew out the fuel lines, and fuel filter. Put it all back together and it runs perfect. Pretty sure these carbs have to be cleaned with the ultra sonic hot bath to get them clean. We cannot see deep down in the little needle and seat valve to make sure it's clean. here is a great link:
