Hey guys. Been a long time since i posed here but having issues with a Halle 70cc (same as gio)

I just installed a new pz19 carb. i have it idling where it should be. If i ease on the throttle it accelerates fine, but the smallest quick blip of the throttle it wants too stall. If i hold it it will stall. Can anyone help me with this?
