go for throttle

Hi everytime I go out riding my wrist aches and hand falls asleep. I know its carpel tunnel but is there something I can change or alter on my throttle. Thanks..

go for throttle

yea there are extensions you can buy for the thumb throttle and ive heard that they help alot.
