I have a rk 200 with a qingqi 200 in it I had a spark an then lost it I changed the 6 pin cdi and tested the coil pack an the stator they are working I had a spark the other day an put it back togeather an then boom no spark can somone help

 

Fit a new plug, if you haven't already, can be as simple as that. Test the wires that go to the CDI again, now the fault is back. Often ignition components test out fine until the fault is on, Keep checking that the fault hasn't gone off again too, because you are wasting your time testing if it has.

 

I have done tested all the wires to the cdi they are all producing and working an I have even disconnected the kill switch wire that goes to the cdi I was thinking maybe it might be the voltage rectifier tho Cuz some of the wires to the ignition have love voltage they each are around 10 volts if I'm not mistaken but I have replaced the cdi and the spark plus but some days if it ait I waslk out there an get sparks then I go to out the plug back in and etc and then it just stops after that i can't get a single spark
