Default My project 250cc 2wd atv

Hello!
Just got my first atv project.
Does anyone know what plastic parts might fit this atv?
Engine says Jianshe and there's sticker with "Tyscon" text.
VIN says it's manufactured in 2007.

Haven't tested the winch yet, the wires are cut under the seat.
Reverse lever needs some work... I guess it should be on cable. Previous owner has welded a rod there.
What could cause that it won't start with electric start? If I help by pulling the start rope at the same time it starts right away. Bad battery?

Machine looks to be a copy of a Yamaha Quad, however it is unlikely (though possible) that Yam plastics would fit. Jianshe plastics may still be available. Gear change would almost certainly be by rod, just a proper one, rather than the rather feeble lash up fitted now. Try charging battery and get it tested if starting doesn't improve. Bad connections on earths, or the thick pos wires, are another reason the starter may be unable to turn the engine. Not often starters themselves get "weak" but possible.

Thanks.
Today I got it running. If I give it more rpms when idle it stops running and takes several start times to get it running again. Might it get too much fuel?
I had to keep it quite long time on choke before idle was steady enough to turn the choke off.
I'll try again tomorrow as it should be little bit warmer. Now it was around -15C (5F).

I got a new reverse lever that I'm putting on tomorrow. Parts seller told me that it has been with cable but they didn't have correct one so he suggested putting on that lever with rod that comes on top of the engine.
