Hi
Disassembled the engine and am now putting back together. I had the oil pump apart to clean and now when I have it assembled the
D headed input shaft has a lot of end float. Is this normal?
The photos show the max in and max out.
Would almost seem like it should have a distance piece or spring to ensure full engagement on drive shaft.
Any information available?
