can anyone tell me what size motor this is

 

Can't find anything on Google but the 167FM engine is 250cc and the 78 bit of the code is the bore, so 11mm up on bore size over a 250cc but who knows if the stroke is different too? Alibaba used to be good for checking things like this as they listed replacement engines, but their websites have gone downright weird lately.
