Just tried Cyclepedia's vin decoder and got 2006 CPI UM XPEED 50 Wikipedia seems to think CPI mostly use the 50cc Minarelli engine, easy to tell from a GY6 as the Minarelli is a 2 stroke with spark plug in finned cylinder head. GY6 has a large, squarish, unfinned aluminium rocker cover, as it is a 4 stroke. Cylinder capacity is more tricky as the Minarelli was available fro 50 to 150cc and the GY6 also came in several engine sizes.
