Will someone help me with the fuel diagram of my carburetor I'm a little confused with it. Theres three ports 2 are metal tubes the other one is solid, there's an Additional one on the carburetor mounting pipe it's a 90cc Panterra ATV I will post a pic if needed

 

I assume you want to know which pipe goes to where on your carb but without a picture of it how can we tell you? There will be a main fuel line from the tank, a breather that goes upwards, and possibly an oil injector on two strokes and/or a vacuum tube, this would also go to fuel tap but usually smaller diameter than the fuel line. Fuel pipe inlets are normally just above the float bowl, breathers higher up, vac lines enter near the engine side of the carb.

Okay I believe I have them correct? The main line. The drain plug. But where does that vacuum go? And on the third photo is that just a breather or is that something else?. I know. I'm Doing something wrong here cause I have spark. I have fuel. An I have compression. I just can't get the thing to start. It'll crank etc etc

 

Right, looks like the red pipe is vacuum, so will go to the inlet manifold, as that seems to have the vac port rather than the carb. Not sure what that is in the last picture, a fuel pump if the black pipes go to carb and tank, or a breather if one or both are connected to crankcase or head. Honda 90s have a similar looking breather system but I can't remember much about it.
